DAIHATSU MOTOR CO., LTD.
Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. (hereafter “Daihatsu”) announced today that it will exhibit at JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2025 to be held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto Ward, Tokyo) from October 29 to November 9, 2024 (general admission from October 30).
The exhibition theme is “DAIHATSUMEI for me. Invented for you. Small but capable. Do it all step by step.” Since its founding in 1907, Daihatsu has been inventing cars that pack excitement, approachability, and convenience into small bodies and offering them at affordable prices while always staying close to people's lives. At the JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2025, Daihatsu will showcase its unique Daihatsu inventions that make people think, “This seems perfect for me” and “This seems like it would make life more fun.” These inventions will be expressed through booth displays and performances, starting from the Midget, the origin of “DAIHATSUMEI”, and expanding into the future.

❷ The K-OPEN (COPEN), with its small size that lets you feel the light comfort of open-air driving up close while enjoying the unique driving performance of a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive car.
❸ The K-VISION, which delivers the appeal of electrified vehicles—quiet yet powerful motor-driven performance, outstanding environmental performance, and external power supply—while retaining the same usage capabilities as conventional vehicles (no charging required).
❹ The KAYOIBAKO-K which provides new ways of working and supports life in local communities in the last-mile domain, unique to mini vehicles.
Additionally, Daihatsu will exhibit the K-OPEN Running Prototype from its pre-production study as well as the e-ATRAI STICKER FACTORY, a planned production car.
Daihatsu will also participate in the main program hosted by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc. For the Tokyo Future Tour 2035, where visitors can experience technologies of the near future 10 years from now and the lifestyles they enable, Daihatsu will exhibit its new walking mobility solution, the e-SNEAKER. We will also participate in various other programs, including "Out of KidZania in JMS 2025."
