Attraction at Fantasy Springs in Tokyo DisneySea Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival to be Sponsored by Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd.

URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® announced that Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival, one of the attractions that opened at the themed port Fantasy Springs in June 2024 in Tokyo DisneySea® Park, will be sponsored by Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Daihatsu) starting March 1, 2025.

Fantasy Springs consists of three areas inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios films and a Disney hotel. Themed to magical springs that lead to a world of Disney fantasy, Fantasy Springs is home to attractions that immerse guests in the worlds from the films, as well as restaurants, a shop and more.

Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival is located in Rapunzel’s Forest, the area inspired by the Disney Animation film Tangled, and follows the story of Rapunzel as she meets Flynn Rider for the first time and experiences her “best day ever.” Here, guests can enjoy a romantic boat trip through iconic locations and scenes from the film, culminating in a finale enveloped by the glow of countless lanterns filling the night sky.

Since becoming an official sponsor in 2017, Daihatsu currently sponsors an attraction at Tokyo Disneyland® Park, as well as Guest Parking at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, with hopes of bringing smiles and joy to guests. Magical experiences await guests at Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival, which will now be sponsored by Daihatsu.
