Disaster Assistance for Heavy Rains and Strong Winds from Typhoon No. 19 of 2019 (Typhoon Hagibis)

We wish to express our condolences to people who perished in the heavy rains and strong winds brought by Typhoon No. 19 of 2019 (Typhoon Hagibis) which cut across eastern Japan from October 11, 2019. At the same time, we wish to express our heartfelt sympathies to those affected by the typhoon.

As assistance for the disaster caused by the typhoon this time, Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. has decided to donate three million yen to Japan Platform.
In addition, Daihatsu plans to provide vehicles to municipalities and other bodies in the affected areas so as to be of assistance to recovery activities.

Daihatsu will continue to strive toward being able to contribute to everyone in the affected areas.

We sincerely hope that the affected areas will recover as soon as possible.
