Daihatsu to Provide Support in the Aftermath of the 2018 Japan Floods

We at Daihatsu would like to extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the victims of the 2018 Japan Floods that began on July 5.

Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. (“Daihatsu”) and Daihatsu Motor Kyushu Co., Ltd. (“Daihatsu Kyushu” have decided to make a monetary donation of five million yen to the non-profit organization Japan Platform in support of the affected areas. Daihatsu employees will also carry out fundraising activities.

Daihatsu and Daihatsu Kyushu will continue to do all they can for people in the affected areas, and offer support contributing to their wellbeing. Everyone at the two companies hopes that the areas affected by the disaster enjoy the earliest possibly recovery.
