Japan Earthquake and Vehicle Provision

Daihatsu Motor (DMC) offers its deepest condolence with those who lost family and friends and those who have been affected by the earthquake and tsunami that hit northeastern Japan on March 11.

As part of DMC’s efforts to support recovery activities in the region as well as relief activities to the suffers, DMC decided to donate 100 mini commercial vehicles (Hijet Truck and Hijet Cargo) to local governments and other organizations in Tohoku area, for their official cars. Its detail will be decided separately based on the requests from each local government and organization.
