In November 2020, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) donated 2 units of Daihatsu Gran Max which is named as “Mobile Clinic” to the Government of West Java in Indonesia to support government’s efforts to prevent infection of the COVID-19.
This “Mobile Clinic” Gran Max is utilized for the virus antibody testing in each area and can be converted into an ambulance in future.
ADM continue to contribute to the activities for health and medical assistance around the country by getting closer to the local communities.
Perodua*1 has undertaken many initiatives to help and support pediatric care based on the belief that children are our future.
In November 2019, Perodua contributed a pulse oximeter (oxygen measurement device) and three portable screens to Selayang Hospital’s pediatric ward as well as stationery to some 100 children patients.
Perodua volunteers also cleaned and refurbished the children’s play area with themes of road safety and eco-friendly which Perodua is passionately working on educating young generations.
In July 2020, Perodua also contributed a portable flexible videoscope set to Sabah Women and Children’s Hospital and prepared school supplies and prescription glasses for some 100 underprivileged children patients.
Perodua continues its pediatric care role with gratitude for healthcare staff under the recent difficult situation caused by COVID-19.

Perodua has begun a public protection initiative to donate over 30,000 face shields manufactured by an associate company, PDKM*2 to neighboring communities.
Recipients have included schools, clinics, government departments, local councils and even street seller in Hulu Selangor, Selayang and Putrajaya.
Perodua and all its partners continue to rigorously follow strict health and safety guidelines to combat the spread of COVID-19 and to promote safer and healthier lifestyles among the Malaysian public.
