Daihatsu has formulated the "The 8th Environmental Action Plan (Medium-term Goals)" and will start the initiatives from April 2026. The plan is based on four pillars: Carbon Neutral, Circular Economy, Nature Positive, and Environmental Management, with 32 specific goals set. In addition, our consolidated subsidiaries both in Japan and overseas have also established activities and goals aligned with Daihatsu's action plan.

Toward car-to-car recycling in 2050, which will utilize resources from end-of-life vehicles to manufacture new vehicles, we will develop items to be incorporated into vehicle models developed from 2030 to 2035, as well as post-processing systems, according to a roadmap.
