Report on Ryuo Festa 5035 Created with the Local Community—Expressing Our Gratitude to Everyone

On May 18, we held the Ryuo Festa 5035 to express our gratitude to everyone in the local community and employees’ families!
The Ryuo Festa is an event held by the Daihatsu Shiga (Ryuo) Plant and Shiga Technical Center in cooperation with the local community. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Shiga (Ryuo) Plant 1st District and the 35th anniversary of the 2nd District, so the event was renamed the “Ryuo Festa 5035” and has been revamped from previous years!
In addition to employees and their families, many local residents attended the event, bringing the total number of visitors to approximately 6,800! The venue was extremely crowded.
In addition to events planned and operated by employees across departments, there were also a variety of booths where visitors could enjoy local gourmet foods!
The Ryuo gourmet was well received, featuring grilled Omi beef from the Yakishabu Project, food stalls, food trucks, and sale of local vegetables.
On the stage, a comedy show by a duo from Shiga Prefecture brought laughter to the audience’s faces, and a brass band performance and cheerleading performance by local groups enlivened the event!

Daihatsu and everyone in the local community worked together as “One Team” to create a heartwarming event where you could feel the local love. Seeing the visitors enjoy the event together with employees showed our strong bond with the local community.
Finally, we would like to say a big thank you to the local community, our employees’ families, and all the people involved who helped make the Ryuo Festa 5035 a success!

“ONE” merupakan singkatan dari fitur-fitur berikut:
(Open) terbuka
(Network) memperluas jaringan orang dan organisasi
(Empowerment) berpikir dan bertindak secara mandiri

Kebijakan editorial kami adalah menyampaikan informasi secara jujur, gampang dimengerti, dan menyenangkan.
Kami akan fokus pada setiap individu (ONE) yang bekerja keras setiap hari untuk “tetap dekat dengan pelanggan dan memperkaya kehidupan mereka,” dan dengan semangat satu (ONE) tim, kami akan memperluas lingkaran “Sahabat” dan bekerja sama untuk membuat buletin perusahaan yang lebih baik.

Ia bermaksud: “untuk mengembangkan rangkaian orang dan organisasi kami secara terbuka dan berfikir dan bertindak dengan pemerkasaan.”

Dasar penyuntingan kami adalah untuk berkomunikasi dengan cara yang jujur, mudah difahami dan menyeronokkan.
Kami akan menyorot perhatian kepada setiap orang (ONE) yang bekerja keras setiap hari “untuk kekal dekat dengan pelanggan kami dan memperkayakan kehidupan mereka.”
Dengan semangat Pasukan ONE, kami akan mengembangkan kalangan “Rakan Kongsi” kami untuk mencipta majalah dalaman yang lebih baik.

Kami berhasrat untuk menjadi “Daihatsu yang disayangi” oleh pelanggan, pekerja dan pihak berkepentingan dengan melangkaui sempadan tapak, jenis pekerjaan dan jawatan untuk berkomunikasi, berempati dan memperbaiki satu sama lain.
