Altis Hybrid G Package

Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. has made a series of minor changes to its passenger car, the Altis. The new version of the Altis will be released nationwide on Tuesday, October 6.

After making an OEM deal with Toyota Motor Corporation, the Altis was released in May 2012 as Daihatsu’s first hybrid passenger car.
The latest series of minor changes have been made to enhance the attractiveness of different features in the interior and exterior design, such as the front grille, rear plated bumper mall, and register decoration. In addition, an IR cut filter has been applied to the windshield glass and front side glass to make the car even more comfortable.

Major improvements:

  • Changed the color of the front grille (dark green → black) and added a rear plated bumper mall.
  • Replaced the plating decoration on top of the register with an L-shaped plating decoration on the bottom left and right.
  • Changed the shift lever shape to a boot shape
  • Applied an IR cut filter to the windshield glass and front side glass.
  • Added a card holder to the sun visor (above the driver's seat).
